Rajni had built a stable life as a jeweller in Los Angeles, far from his family land in Ahmedabad. But life had other plans. Regular visits to India to resolve family land matters opened his eyes to a bigger picture what if this land wasn’t just a legal headache, but a hidden opportunity?
That thought stayed with him.
Back to School, Forward in Life
Determined to learn the ropes, Rajni joined both the JRE and LRE programs at SIRE. For someone already successful in one field, going back to school wasn't easy but it was the smartest move he could make.
At SIRE, he didn’t just study real estate. He learned how to:

- Strategically plan land use and development
- Partner with builders and structure profitable deals

Today, Rajni is actively working in land development and trading around Ahmedabad.
What started as family duty is now a full-time passion. He’s exploring plotted projects, development opportunities, and JV partnerships all while balancing life between LA and India.
